Winona County crime statistics are published annually by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA). These statistics are compiled from Winona County law enforcement reports. There were 85 crimes reported in the county in 2018. Of this number, 7 were violent crimes, and 78, property crimes. Crimes reported included 4 rapes, 3 aggravated assaults, 17 burglaries, 7 motor vehicle theft, and 54 larcenies. There were no incidents of murder, robbery, or arson.
